Junior High Art

I see all Junior High classes twice a week for 45 minutes. It is very important students come prepared and ready to work. Every class starts with a one minute drawing in their sketchbook from an art print hanging on the chalkboard. Students need to enter quietly and get right to work. This allows me to begin the lesson and or project with little wasted time. At the end of class students are expected to clean up, put materials away, place art work in a predetermined spot for the project, and push chairs in. Students should come prepared with:

1.      Sketchbook a three prong folder I provide paper for the sketchbook

2.      Supplies (Pencil, scissors, glue, some form of colored medium crayons, markers or colored
      pencils)

3.      Homework if given

4.      Good Attitude all I ask is for you to do the best you can each day

I will be using the discipline and homework cards. I will put a check on homework card the first time student comes unprepared to class after that it goes on the discipline card.
